Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our time, please review my cancellation policy below: Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client. Your deposit will be applied on next appointment. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the service total. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. It is crucial that you arrive on time, as for I am still working on my speed and need as much time as possible. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $10 will be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
